Mission
Ninth Avenue Terminal Partners LLC is a legal entity that has been formed specifically to pursue reuse of the Ninth Avenue Terminal. The owners and managers of this company are real estate professionals who have expertise in waterfront historic preservation projects. They are: Stuart Rickard, Tom McCoy, Steve Worthington, and Morris Wright. Together, they have a great depth of experience in design, construction, financing, and entitlement of real estate.
